1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bb69jl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bb69jl online gaming platform, available at bb69jl.net and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By creating a bb69jl account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you unconditionally accept them.

1.3 These Terms are effective from the date shown in the header above and supersede all prior versions. bb69jl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. 2. Definitions

2.1 "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bb69jl Platform.

2.2 "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

2.3 "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by bb69jl.

2.4 "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, coin games, sports betting markets, volleyball betting markets, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.

2.5 "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bb69jl before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by internal compliance procedures.

2.6 "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet the value of a bonus before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2.7 "Philippine Peso" or "₱" means the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary transactional currency on the bb69jl Platform.

3. Eligibility

3.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling — including those who have voluntarily self-excluded — are not eligible to use the Platform.

3.4 Single Account. Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered bb69jl account. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of bb69jl, you must complete the registration process via the bb69jl Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

4.2 Account Information. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains up to date at all times. Material discrepancies between your registered details and your verified identity documents may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension pending review.

4.3 Password and Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb69jl login password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bb69jl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4.4 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bb69jl's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bb69jl will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4.5 Account Suspension. bb69jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if required to do so for regulatory, security, or compliance reasons.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Methods. bb69jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at bb69jl's discretion. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method. bb69jl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your bb69jl account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. bb69jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name may be reversed.

5.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account, subject to the policies of the originating bank. bb69jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.5 No Interest. bb69jl does not pay interest on Player account balances. Deposited funds held in your account are available for wagering only and do not accrue any return.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested from your real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

6.2 KYC Verification. bb69jl requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. bb69jl reserves the right to use an alternative method if the original channel is unavailable.

6.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request. bb69jl reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.

6.6 Withholding of Funds. bb69jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General. bb69jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. bb69jl employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or placing bets that do not contribute meaningfully to wagering requirements. bb69jl reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. bb69jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bb69jl are subject to acceptance by bb69jl. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. bb69jl reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where it believes the bet was placed in error or under abnormal circumstances.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each game interface or market. bb69jl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in the incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, bb69jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. No compensation will be provided for losses arising from such errors beyond the return of the original stake.

8.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including volleyball, basketball (PBA/NBA/UAAP), football, boxing, and UFC, are governed by the specific sport rules published in the bb69jl sportsbook. In cases of ambiguity, the decision of bb69jl's trading team shall be final.

8.5 Live Betting. In-play betting decisions are final once confirmed. bb69jl does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on information received after the market has been settled or suspended.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb69jl Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any Game mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using bb69jl to launder money or process proceeds of crime in any form;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through third parties;
• Using another person's payment method or identity without their explicit authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or other Players' experience.

9.2 bb69jl reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void bets, withhold balances, and refer matters to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 bb69jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain healthy gambling habits. All registered Players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options directly from their account settings.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from bb69jl may request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting bb69jl's 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are binding for the duration selected.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the bb69jl Platform — including but not limited to the bb69jl name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bb69jl or its licensed content providers.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bb69jl's prior written consent.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of bb69jl's intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bb69jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit.

12.2 bb69jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 bb69jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bb69jl's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or individual Games.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bb69jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy & Data

13.1 bb69jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 By registering with bb69jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised communications.

13.3 bb69jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bb69jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bb69jl will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address, an in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the bb69jl website.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bb69jl support.

14.3 The current version of these Terms is always available on the bb69jl website at bb69jl.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bb69jl Platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 bb69jl operates in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and electronic commerce, including relevant PAGCOR regulatory frameworks where applicable.

16.4 For the avoidance of doubt, bb69jl's decision on all matters relating to the operation of Games, settlement of bets, and application of these Terms shall be final, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.
